FIRST IN TEN YEARS
N.S.W. BUDGET SURPLUS. SYDNEY, July 7. The Premier of New South Wales, Mr. B. S. Stevens, announced to-day that his Government had finished the financial year with a surplus of £134.920. *This is the State's first surplus for 10 years.
