For being intoxicated in charge of a motor car, Vernon Dwyer Vincent, aged 20, wae fined £10 and costs and was prohibited from driving for 12 months. when he appeared in the Magistrate's Court this morning. For driving negligently. Vincent was convicted and discharged.
