NEGLIGENT DRIVING.
YOUTH FINED £10. \ . (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, Wednesday. For being intoxicated in charge of a motor car, Vernon Dwyer Vincent, aged 20, wae fined £10 and costs and was prohibited from driving for 12 months. when he appeared in the Magistrate's Court this morning. For driving negligently. Vincent was convicted and discharged.
"Ample warning lias been given all over New Zealand about these cases, and people should not taki , the risk." said Mr. \V. IT. Freeman. f>.M. '■Defendant is youny, but you can't teach, them too young."
