PASTOR ARRESTED.

Announced Names of Seceders From Church. NAZI CHARGES OF CALUMNY. 11.SO a.m.) BERLIN", July 1. Br. Martin Xiemoller, leader of the Confessional movement against Xazilication of the Evangelical Church, has been arrested on a charge of announcing from the pulpit the names of members of the congregation who had seceded from the church, such announcement being forbidden by the Minister of the Interior. Dr. Xiemoller, preaching on Sunday last, said that 48 members of the Confessional movement had been recently arrested. An announcement confirming the arrest of Pastor Xiemoller states that he had long used Divine service and other church activities to deliver provocative speeches and calumniate leading persons of the State and Xazi party; also that he spread untrue reports about church conditions in Germany, and incited disobedience of laws and decrees.
