HEROES OF GREAT WAR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The Returned Soldiers' Association's annual conference passed a resolution urging the Government to complete a national war memorial in Wellington by the construction of a hall immediately behind the carillon tower.
