NO NEW TRIAL.
«Bj Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. Upholding the jury's verdict in dismissing a c&im, Mr. Justice Fair yesterday d'smisaed an application for a new trial of the case heard early in the, present session in which Daniel Stockman claimed £592 damages from Francis Chapman, a farmer, of Stratford. The claim arose from an accident near Te Kuiti last year.
