Moreover, there is extensive scope of rich land of private estates surveyed and subdivided into buiklin? sections of various size?; now being offered for sale to any thrifty citizen who desire- to purchase a freehold home and also longs to vacate the wretched hovels in slumdom and congested areas for the natural conditions obtaining ill the suburban beauty spots. Health, also, would greatly improve thereby. Most suitable home sites are available and ready for occupation in many suburban areas, ideal localities for both Government and private housing construction schemes.
