KILXJBD BT MOTOR OAR. <By Telegraph—Press Association.) DTJNEDIN, this day. "Sammy," the seal which for a time has been a frequenter of roads and beaches, and ofttimes a gatecrasher at harbourside residences, was killed on Saturday evening, when he was struck l>y a motor car. The seal was almost as popular as the late Joey, who died in the Wellington /oo after Ins imprisonment there had caused much controversy.
