FAREWELL AFTERNOON.

To bid farewell to Mrs. Jack Lister, of Marina Flats, Mount Eden, who leaves this week to reside in Wellington, Mrs. R. A. Vibert, of Khyber Pass, and Miss Judy Bourn were joint hostesses on Saturday afternoon for an enjoyable bridge and mah jong party. The lounge was attractive with bowls of scarlet blooms, while the tea table was in all shades of yellow and gold. 1 Among those playing were: Mesdames P. Clatworthy, F. Bolt, de Clive Lowe, Robertson. Lister, Leslie Lister. Walker. Cass, Shaw, Vibert and Peggy Robertson.
