GOVERNORS' POWERS.
INDIAN CONGRESS' STAND,
(Received 1.30 p.m.) ALLAHABAD, April 28. The committee of the Indian National Congress passed a resolution to the effect that it is willing to accept Ministerial office on condition that the Governors give assurances that their special powers will not be used.
