Barnes, secretary of the Maritime Service Board. Svdnev, arrived in Wellington yesterday by the Awatea from Sydney. He will make a tour of Xew Zealand, inspecting shipping facilities at the various port*. Wing-Commander the Hon. R. A. Cochrane.
