Nathan arrived in Auckland by the Limited to-day from Wellington. Mr. L. B. Boultou-Moss. of Wellington, "a* an arrival by the Limited this morning. He is at the Grand Hotel. Captain K. C. Hammond, general manager of the Northern Steamship Company, Ltd., returned to Auckland this morning by the Limited froiu Wellington. Mr. V. Grenning, Director of Fore>t» in Queensland, who i* making an inspection .State forests in New Zealand, has arrived in Auckland, and is at the Station Hotel. Mr. J. A. L'rquhart. who recently retired from the directorate of Hopkins, Dunn and Company, shipping agents, Shanghai, arrived in Wellington by the Awatea from Sydney. Mr. S. C. Barnes, secretary of the Maritime Service Board. Svdnev, arrived in Wellington yesterday by the Awatea from Sydney. He will make a tour of Xew Zealand, inspecting shipping facilities at the various port*. Wing-Commander the Hon. R. A. Cochrane. Chief of Air Staff, and chairman of the selection committee formed to consider applications for admission to the Royal X«\v Zealand Air Force, returned to Wellington last night by the Limited. Dr. G. Bool»erg. of Sveaparken, Orebro. Sweden. director of the Department of Agriculture of the sugar experimental station at Java, arrived at Wellington yesterday by the Awatea from Sydney. He L; principally on a holiday vi>it and intends to see three friends in the Dominion, including Dr. W. R. B. Oliver, director of the Dominion Museum, who studied in Sweden.
