SOCIAL AFTERNOON.

The Great North Road branch of the Methodist Women's Mission Auxiliary held a social afternoon recently. Visitors from St. Peter's (Presbyterian). Salvation Army. Baptist and Bayfield Alethodist Churches were cordially welcomed by the president. Mrs. Taylor. Solos by Mesdames Rodewnirt and Irwin were warmly applauded. The pianist was Mrs. Grant, and the Rev. E. T. Olds addressed the gathering on home mission work in the barkblocks and among the young people in our midst to-day.
