"LUCKIEST GUY IN THE WORLD."
"Buddy" Sogers is "counting the days"—his own expression—to the time when he and Mary Pickford will be married. "I said I wa} the luckiest guy in the world to be marrying Mary when our romance leaked out a month or so back. I say it again now," he quoted as saying in England a few weeks ago. "She will have her career—oh, yes— just the same when we are married. I don't go for that stay-at-home wife stuff. "We plan the perfect marriage. We are going to live on my ranch in California —oh, it will be swell." Asked to elucidate his "perfect marriage scheme," Rogers laughed—rather shyly. "Say, that's difficult, but we mean to understand each other—if you know what I mean—and all that. I don't know whether Mary and I will sort of make a film 'together—not yet. n
