CLUB DANCE.
OTAHUHU PASSENGER TRANSPORT.
The Passenger Transport Social Club held a successful and enjoyable dance in the club^s. social hall, Otahuhu, on Thursday evening, over 100 being present.
The committee comprised Messrs. V. Brqwne (president;, S. Meredith (vicepresid.ent), R.' F. Carter (secretary), F. Slinger, A. Bfierley, T. Pheasant, T. Ryan, L. Wood and C. Warren. Mr. Carter acted' as M.C. The Monte Carlo Waltz was won by Miss Harland and Mr. A. Sane, and the spot waltz by Mr. Sykes and Mrs. Hart.
Among those present were Mesdames C. Kay, H. P. Lovell, R. F. Carter, N. Kirkham, A. Wylie, R. Lawrence, H. Jackson, T. Hadfield, H. Nicholson, T. Pheasant, P. Higgins, R. MacConochie, R. Rostrance, E. Marfleet, Falconer; Misses M. Wren, W. Twidle, A. Twidle, Corral Kay, Pat Nicholson, Lorraine Kay, Leila Jacobeen, M. Wakeland, Jean Clements, Reo Wylie, R. Collins, Norma Wylie, D. Jackson, Kathleen Crow, Thora Jackson, G. Ellery, Rita and Rona MacConochie, Lorraine Vitalli, S. Fahey, Cowper, D. Eccles, Harland, L. Dudley, F. Wilkinson, Joyce Harvie, G.
