He.«h»red in a past award for the Auckland War Memorial Museum, designed lin partnership with Mr. H. C. Grierson and Mr. M. K. Draffln. Completed at the end of 1035, Marino j Gardens is a two-storeyed block of 18 i flata at the junction of Mount Eden and - Esplanade Roads. The jury is reported . to have been unanimous in placing it > first among the entries submitted. Five . | out of eight previous annual awards 11 have been received by Auckland architect*.
