LABOUR PARTY.
DANCE AT MANGERE. The Mangere East public hall presented a gay and animated scene on the occasion of the opening dance of the season held under the auspices of the Mangere East branch of the New Zealand Labour party. The president of the branch, Mr. G. Rose, welcomed those present who numbered about 140. The duties of master of ceremonies were ably carried out by Mr. R. D. Blair.
