VISITORS ENTERTAINED.
AUCKLAND HARBOUR BOARD. In connection with members of the Wellington Harbour Board who are at present making their annual visit to the Auckland Harbour Board various entertainments have been arranged. This morning an official welcome took place in the clubrooms and later the wives met at a morning tea held at Cooke's tearooms. At this gathering the hostesses were Mesdame& Breeze, BrookSmith, Beach and T. Jones. Others present were: Mesdames Travers, Prince, Elliott, Hubbard, Bennett, McDonald, Ahearn and the Misses Travers. Tomorrow a picnic will be held and on Monday a cricket match, a dinner and an informal social evening wHI be held.
