Means of Securing Empire's Aims and Ideals. MB. CHAMBERLAINS VIEW. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON", March 4. Mr. Neville Chamberlain, in a speech at a luncheon, said that trade agreements with the Dominions were not only economically advantageous, but were the means of securing the Empire's common aims and ideals. "Is it not clear," he asked, "that the whole structure of Empire would be endangered if we separated ourselves from the Dominions by a change i« the policy of Imperial preference ?"*
