WESTERN SPRINGS MEETING
The Auckland Speedway Club is to conduct a meeting at the Weistern Spring hpeedway to-morrow niyht, when tlie usual thrilling events should be witnessed. Admission charge* have been r.Juced, and the heats will not commence until 8.30 p.m. for the convenience of shoppers. A novelty event, a boys' scooter championship, will be Hinged, starting at 8 o'clock. Riders from Auckland will meet talented performers from Pahnerston North, Wellington und <hnstchiirch, in the motor cycle i-veii!«. while the Ai -icun trick rider Putt Mossman «ill repeat ..in ihiiinu rule over a moving motor car.
