The work, celled "Studien Zur fiorgo" (studies concerning the Cordons), ia dedicated to Wilhelm'rt father, the late Kaiser Friedrich FI. May Publish Second Book. Wilhelm is contemplating publication of a second work, it was disclosed. The book would be entitled "The Oldest Kingdom in Mesopotamia." and would deal with Willielm's idea of the conception of royalty in the minds of the oldest known tettlere of Mesopotamia'* alluvial soil more then 3000 years before Christ.
