PROPOSALS AT WESTPORT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WESTPORT, this day. At the Bullet- Hospital Board meeting last evening a report and plans for fairly extensive improvements at the hospital, including a new operating block and additional nursing accommodation, were discussed but a final decision was not reached.
