(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Rehandicaps for the Napier Park Racing Club's meeting are as follows:— Jfapier Hack Cup—Blue Garter, 8.8; King's Lancer, 8.8. Autumn Handicap.—Sir Nigel, 8.6. Redcliffe Hack Handicap.—Blue Garter 9.2. FAILED TO RUN ON. Shy was the place favourite for the Storey Memorial at Te Rapa on Saturday, but just after going out of the straight he met with serious trouble and lost liis rider. He was the favourite each way for the Vercoe Handicap, one mile, on Monday and after being well back for a couple of furlongs he commenced to move up quickly on the outside of the field. He was in front when fairly straightened up for home, but Respectful and Triune both headed him before the post was reached. Shy is engaged at Te Aroha and he should again be troublesome. ARRIVALS FROM SOUTH. Spiral, Taro and Werohia arrived at Te Aroha this morning to fulfil engagements at the Te Aroha Jockey Club's meeting. Grateful arrived from Taranaki yesterday, and has gone into F. Smith's stable at Takanini.
