BANKRUPTCY COURT.
DISCHARGES AT HAMILTON.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Tuesday. Discharges from bankruptcy were granted in the Supreme Court to-day as follow: Sydney Oscar Parkinson, farmer, of Otorohanga; Ladisla Harry Scoirar, guard, of Erankton; Robert Adam Elliott, milking machine salesman, Hamilton; Edward Cook Linton, cartage contractor; Thomas Joseph Burke, builder, of Hamilton; Murdo McKenzie, farmer, of Karahiro; Charlton Silvester, farmer, of Te Poi. Opposition by creditors was advanced when Daniel Gill, a sharemilker. of YVaharoa, sought hie discharge, which, however, was granted by Mr. Justice Fair, who held that there was no evidence that bankrupt had been guilty of a breach of dutv when incurring debts.
