ACCUSED DISCHARGED

The trial of Marcus Kenneth Douelas (Mr. Newbery) on a charge of forging a signature to a notice of change of ownership of a motor vehicle, and eausiii" it to be acted upon as if it were genuine, mis concluded at the Supremo Court before Mr. Justice Fair yesterday afternoon.

The charge arose out of the purchase of a motor ear bv the accused.
