TALLY CLERK REMANDSQ

A tally clerk, William Mclntosh, aped 67, who was arrested by Constable Hanna, of the Queen's wharf police, Inst evening on a charge of indecently assaulting another male yesterday, appeared before Messrs, A. J. Stratford and J. B. Paterson, J.P.'s, in the Police Court this morning. Sub-Inspector Fox obtained a remand until Thursday next.
