OVERTIME RATES FIXED. it (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Arbitration Court yesterday fixed awards for the cooks and stewards of steamers for which articles are taken out in New Zealand oil the lines arrived at in conciliation proceedings. Overtime is fixed at f/9 an hour for all ratings whose wages are fixed at £15 11/6 a month or more, and at 2/6 for other ratings. Cadet stewards are to receive 1/5 an hour, stewardesses 2/6 and 1/9. Ah annual holiday on full pay for a fortnight after twelve months' continuous service is to be allowed.
