Ex-King Unlikely lo Return for Some Time. SISTER GOING TO AUSTRIA. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, February 5. The Princess Royal will leave tovisit to her brother, the Duke of Windsor. The "Daily Telegraph" says it is authoritatively stated that a report that the Duke of Windsor will come to England for the Order of the Garter service in St. George's Chapel. Windsor Castle. nn Sunday week, is without foundation. So far as is known the Duke docs not contemplate returning lo England for some time.
