A complete investigation of the costs of freezing nnd handling of meat for export by the meat freezing works of tho Dominion is in progress, having started some time ago. The Hon. W. Lee Martin undertook to see that the matter was investigated in the recess, and be set up a committee comprising officers of the Department of Agriculture and the Meat Producers' Board, following a conference of the interested parties.
