CHARGES AGAINST WOMAN. HEARIXG OX FEBRUARY 13. (By Tclcsraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Thrice allowed freedom on bail because of the disagreement of juries. Isabel Annie Aves, alias Craike, of Hastings, will stand a fourth trial on seven charges of using an instrument. The third jury disagreed yesterday afternoon, and an application for a fourth trial was made this afternoon after consultation between (he Xnpier Crown Prosecutor, Mr. H. B. Lusk, and the Solicitor-General, Mr. 11. If. Cornish, K.C. The case will be heard again on February 15 at Wellington.
