RACKETEER KILLED.
SHOOTING IN NEW , JERSEY. (Received 2.30 p.m.) LYNDHURST (NJ.), January 31. Parking a motor car bo that its headlights . illuminated the interior of the Automobile Sales Company, two men in black masks entered the building and shot dead the proprietor, Frank Paolillo, aged 40, whom the police describe as haying been a racketeer during and since prohibition. Investigators are working on the theory that tin-victim owed money to Wβ elayere since prohibition, and had refused to pay. Paolillo was awaiting sentence after a' conviction for operat>g an illicit still.
