MILLIONS AT PARTIES.
MB. ROOSEVELT'S! BIRTHDAY (Received 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 31.
President Roosevelt's 55th birthday was celebrated by KOOO balls and parties throughout the nation, 5,000,000 people participating. Proceeds were devoted to the Warm Springs Foundation.
The President, in a radio address, eaid the contributions were hastening the day when infantile paralysis woujd be brought under control and proper aid would be rendered to all.
