Miss Anna Elizabeth Jerome Spencer, 0.8. E., was founder of the Women's Institute and the Townswomen's Guild movements in New Zealand.
MISS E. H. DUGGAN.
Miss E. M. Duggan, 0.8. E., is a wellknown New Zealand poet. She graduated from Victoria University College ae a master of arts. She has published several books of poems and has been a regular contributor of verses to various publications. She has been represented in five anthologies published in America.
