CAPTAIN L. VAUGHAN MORGAN

Captain Llewellyn Vaughan Morgan, C.8.E., M.Y.0., D.S.C., succeeded Captain C. Sinclair Thomas as second naval member of the New Zealand Naval Board in Anpust, 1934. He has been 32 years in the Royal Navy. He wae flag lieutenant to Admiral of.the Fleet the late Lord Jellicoe when he toured New Zealand and advised on naval defence 18 yeare ago.
