TO FOSTER GOODWILL.
JAPAN AND NEW ZEALAND
TOKYO, January 27
It is learned that a New ZealandJapanese society may be organised at Tokyo shortly with a view to expanding trade relations. Mr. Katsuji Debuehi is proposed as president because he headed the first goodwill mission to NewZealand, and since his return has been promoting closer ties with the Dominion.
