SAFETY AT SEA.
In reply to "U. XomeV letter asking w'l.-n----were the rockets on the I. for one. would like to know if he has ever sailed on a «w.w or been to sea. If he has he would know that no boat can pass for going to sea unlet-* she is carrying such equipment as rocket - and flares, as well as lifebelts. At the time the tug was dispatched to search for her I Ki.4.*> p.m.) all hands may have been drowned. I think that "U. N'on'ie" has sailed boats in it bathtub, as T know positively the K ■,::ui carried everything for the preservation of life. EX-HANCI.
