POULTRY, At to-day's auctions the supply'' of poultry was medium and the demand was fair. The prices paid remained" steady. Selling rates were as follow :— Cockerels: Heavy breeds, prime 2/ to 5/ each, not prime 1/3 up; light breeds, prime 1/3 to 3/, not. prime 9dup. Fat roosters: Heavy breeds, prime 2/ to 3/ each; light breeds. 1/0 t0.2/. Fat.hens: Heavy breeds. 2/0 to 3/0 each; light breeds 1/0 to 1/9. Drakes: Young, prime 1/9 to 2/0 each, smaller 1/3 up. Ducks: Young, 3/0. to 5/ each: old. 1/3 to 1/9. Drakes: Old, 1/3 to 1/9 each. Cockerel chicks:-Heavy breeds, Od up; light breeds, 2d up. Guinea fowls: 2/ to 5/ each.
