FEDERAL CABINET MINISTER. (Received 1-30 p.m.) CANBERRA, this day. The Postmaster-General, Senator McLachlan, will leave Sydney at the end of the week for New Zealand to represent the Commonwealth Government at the annual congress of the Australian and New Zealand Association for the Advancement of Science.
