NO MYSTERY VISIT.

NEW GUINEA ADMINISTRATOR. BRISBANE, January 5. The Administrator of New Guinea, Brigadier-General W. R. McNicoll, has arrived at Brisbane by aeroplane on his way to Canberra, where he will discuss shipping services, mails and communications generally. He denies that any mystery is attached to his hurried visit, and points out that the mandated territory is progressing so rapidly that the present system will not be able to cope with the situation in the near future.
