DUTCH P&INCEBS' CHOICE. THE HAGUE, December 31. Princess Juliana has already chosen as her cook Miss Dirkje van Beelen, from the fishing village of Katwyk, where the Princess lived for two years while she' was a student at Leyden University. In a personal letter engaging Miss Man Beelen, the Princess writes: "You will be responsible for our daily cooking." Fifty girl students of Leyden University will form a guard of honour on the Royal wedding day.
