KING'S BIRTHDAY.
No Ceremonial Parade to be Held in London. HONOURS LIST NOT PREPARED. (Received 1.30 p.m.'* LONDON, December 13. Though tli2 customary Royal salutes will be fired on Monday at Hyde I >a i'k and the Tower of London and Hags will be flown, the King's Birthday will not be officially celebrated until summer in order to enable the traditional trooping of the colour and to avoid the iat*. December weather. There will be no birthday honours list until 1037, partly bocause there has been no time toi preparation and partly owing to the imminence of the New Year list.
