TRAGEDY IN PORTUGAL. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LISBON, December 9. Many women and children were included in-500 -members of the Catholic Youth Association who were attending a meeting in a schoolhouse at Porto di Mozleiria when the floor collapsed, precipitating them all into the basemunt. . Forty were killed and 100 severely injured.
