(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Stating that he had some difficulty in understanding the verdict of a jury, which awarded £821 damages to Robert Hansen, a waterside worker, against the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company for injuries received in a wharf accident, Air. Justice Blair has granted an application on behalf of the company for a new trial.
