SUICIDE VERDICT.
INQUEST AT ELLERSLIE
A verdict of death by suicide, caused by melancholia brought on by illness, was returned at an inquest on the death of Mrs. Marion Wilson, aged 50, a widow, held at her residence, 41, Main Highway, Ellerslie, this morning. Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., presided.
Evidence was given that the deceased's companion returned to the house and found her employer with her head in the gas oven.
