BOTTLE DEALING.

BREWERY FIRMS' RIGHTS. ACTION FOR INJUNCTION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) I WELLINGTON, this day. An action involving the rights of purchasers of bottled beer and stout and bottle dealers was heard by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in the Supreme Court to-day, when a restraining injunction was sought by brewers and bottlers against a Wellington bottle dealer. The main allegation was that bottles stamped with the names of brewers or bottlers had not been returned and had been wrongfully converted to the dealers' use. The bottles, it was contended, always remained the property of the original owners. The case is proceeding.
