MR. BALDWIN'S TEAM.
MINISTERIAL CHANGES. British Official Wireless. (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, October 29. The following Ministerial appointments are announced: — Mr. Walter Elliot, to be Secretary for Scotland, vice the late Sir Godfrey Collins. Mr. W. S. Morrison, to be Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, vice Mr. Elliot. Lieutenant-Colonel D. J. Colville, to be confidential Secretary to the Treasury, vice Mr. Morrison.
Mr. K. J. S. Wedderburn, to be Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Scotland, I vice Lieutenant-Colonel Colville. The King has approved of Mr. Morrison being sworn in as a member of the Privy Council. The Prime Minister has invited Mr. Hore-Belislia, Minister of Transport, to be a member of Cabinet. 1
