Germany Wants Share of World * Supplies. I GOERING ON FOUR-YEAR PLAN. BERLIN, October 29. 1 Declaring that Germany's colonies had 1 been stolen from her after an unfortu--1 nate war. General Goering, in a speech on the Nazi four-year plan, said: "We 1 want a share of the world's raw material 5 sources and we shall get it. We would 1 be prepared to buy raw materials if all our gold had not been stolen by repara- ; tions. "Although we have no colonies Germany is a land of peace. The purpose of the four-year plan is to safeguard Germany's honour and livelihood. As a result of the first four-year plan no foreign hand may ever again take us Iby the throat. We shall break the fingers of that hand until the throat is free again." Referring to Germany's plans to remedy the shortage of raw materials, Genera! Goering said new factories were being erected to manufacture artificial petrol and wool. A commissioner would be appointed to prevent • increases in prices. Hoarders also would i be stamped out and their goods eon- ■ fis'-a ted. Because of the meat shortage General Goering urged the population to eat more fish. "Herr Hitler does not eat butter or meat," he said. "What he can do y#u can do." f
