MOTORISTS PRAISED.
(By Telegraph.—Press Assoeiation.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. The possibility of more' regulations being introduced with a view to increasing road safety was mentioned by the Minister of Transport, the Hon. R. Semple, in an interview to-day. He said that the Road Safety Council would meet again soon, and on its recommendations possibly additional regulations would be gazetted or the Act amended during the next session of Parliament. The Minister paid a tribute to the manner in which motorists had observed the existing regulations, particularly on crowded roads.
