HIGHER THOUGHT.

A most successful social and dance was held at the Higher Thought Centre 011 Tuesday evening, a large number of members and friends attending. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Dickens presided, Mrs. James Gates acting as hostess. An interesting musical and dance programme was supplied by Miss Reeves, ■ who gave a delightful exhibition of Spanish and operatic dancing, Miss Green (contralto), Mrs. McCune (pianoforte solo). Dancing and supper, served by the hostesses, Mesdames Green and Deyerick, concluded an enjoyable evening.
