SEATS REARRANGED.

government members move {By Telegraph.— Parliamentary Reporter.} WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Mr. A. G. Osborne, the new Government member for Manukau, when swoi n in to-dav, took his seat alongside Mr. \ G. Hultquist (Oovernment, Bay of rientv), who shifted to the opposite side of the House near the Opposition benches. There has been a slight rearrangement of seating in the House. Mr. A. S. Richards (Government, Roskill) has moved across from a front bench seat to Mr. W. J. Jordan's former seat in the Government Whip's bench, and Mr. J. Robertson (Government, Masterton), who sat in the House as member for Otaki from 1911 to 1914, but now represents Masterton, and also Dr. D. G. McMillan (Government, Dunedin West) now have seats in the front cross benches.
