REQUEST OF BUSINESS MEN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The Industrial Efficiency .BiH was considered yesterday by .-a fully representative meeting of the delegates from the chambers of commerce in New Zealand. The following resolution was unanimously carried: —"That in the opinion of the New Zealand delegates to the fourteenth congress of the Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire, the Industrial Efficiency Bill is of such a farreaching character that this meeting strongly urges on the Government the postponement of its consideration till the next eesaion, so as to give time for consideration by all the interests concerned."
