BEAUTY IN DISTRESS AT THE RACES. A feminine racing, enthusiast, well known in Christchurch society circles, met one of the principals of the firm of Baxter's, Ltd., at the races recently, and jocularly inquired if he had a bottle of Baxter's Lung Preserver with him.
